Academic Teams

Each year Saint Benedict Cathedral School has participated in the Indiana Academic Superbowl for the Junior Division which is sponsored by Purdue University and the Indiana Principals Association. There are four subject squads- Math, English, Science, and Social Studies. In addition, there is an interdisciplinary squad made up of members from each of the four subject areas. A different theme is chosen each year for the area of study. Students devote many hours over a four month period in preparation for the competition. In April, students compete in the Regional Division against schools in the tri-state area, both private and public.
